Housing consultation and assessment
£120 for one hourA one hour consultation and assessment so you understand where you stand and what your realistic options are.
Housing allocation and banding review
from £350A review of your banding or points decision, with written representations setting out your strongest grounds.
Section 202 suitability review
from £350A review of a homelessness or suitability decision, and the representations that follow from it.
Stage 1 housing complaint
£100A formal Stage 1 complaint to your council or housing provider, drafted and submitted for you.
Stage 2 housing complaint
£100A Stage 2 complaint that answers the council's reply and presses your strongest points.
Ombudsman complaint preparation
£150Preparation of your Housing Ombudsman complaint, with the issues and the evidence set out clearly.
Review fees start from £350 and depend on how complex your matter is and the scope we agree with you. You get a written quote before any work begins.
The one hour assessment at £120 is a compulsory first step before any review work. If you go on to instruct us for the review, the £120 you have already paid is deducted from the review fee, so you only pay the difference.
